• IAGES Membership is mandatory for fellowship category on www.iages.in.
• A log book is mandatory and has to be presented during the viva (25 cases for Exam category. 100 cases for Non-Exam category).
• Registration is mandatory and has to be presented during the viva.
• Registration is Mandatory for workshops, conferences and all official proceedings.
• Provide all the necessary details as required in the form and provide us your updated email id, it will be used for the registration receipt and for the conference communication purpose only.
• Please preserve a photocopy of all submissions for your record.
• Registration fees as fellowship candidate include admission to the Scientific Hall, Trade Exhibition, Inaugural Function and Lunches.
• Organizing Committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date/venue/program due to unforeseen reasons.
• Conference Organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
• Please produce the Receipt at the registration counter during the conference.
• Cancellation of the registration is not allowed after 15th May 2024.
• Convocation will be held in WCES – IAGES, KOLKATA (23-26 October, 2024).
